Hi Beverly. I have not experienced this problem with my headphones. I am often 20 or 25 feet from my phone when I use them and everything works wonderfully for me. Maybe there's a glitch in your pair? I would definitely contact the seller and see if you can get an exchange. I'm sorry I can't be of more help and hope you're able to get a replacement pair without any problems. Good luck!

Sometimes when I go to use these, they will give be 2 beeps every 30 seconds or so. Cant figure out why, battery is fine, connection seems fine. It will just do this for the first 10 mins or so an then goes away. anyone know what 2 audible beeps mean with these headphones

I am having difficulty with my S Activbuds. It is getting music only from the right side, nothing from the left. I did a factory restore. What else could be the problem?

Remove the device from your Bluetooth menu, Factory reset the headphones, shut your bluetooth off on your phone, turn it on, connect the headphones like you do a new device.

I bought this on Sep , and the worked okay until last month. When i turned on they dont appear on any bluetooth device, i search about the factory reset, did it and worked once. But since yesterday i had done the factory reset more than 10 time and yet i could not pair the earphones with any device.

sound and pairing works good, but i cannot get them to activate my phone. can only receive calls. have to use my phone to make calls. My other headsets would active my phone when holding the power button for 1 sec. these beep but do not activate the phone.

the same thing happened to me. the headphones died and i charged them however they will not pair with my phone. i have reset them and they will not pair to my phone but they pair to everything else which doesn't help when at the gym.

I just bought thus earphone through Amazon and it is now not working as the Bluetooth does not seem to be recognized by my phone and does not show up in pairing mode. I worked before so I am not sure.
