Here are the steps you need to follow, if you do this right, you won’t need to contact me and your job will be done quickly

1. Download and Open this tool

2. Use this for Technician ID
1062 8800 6864

3. Additional Information: Put in Phones IMEI Number. You can get this by dialling *#06# in the emergency dial menu

4. If the tool goes onto Step 2, this means the server is Online, now place an order on my website using the same IMEI you put in the Additional Information Box 

5. When your job is being done, the tool might go onto Step 3 and once done it’ll go into Step 4. You can also check the phone manually to check if it’s done or not
